2. BUSINESS DISCRIPTION

Drop shipping is a method of sales fulfilment where a retailer does not store the
goods it sells. Alternatively, when a store sells an item using a drop-shipping
model, it orders the product from a third party and ships it directly to
consumers. As a result the retailer doesn't have to deal directly with the items.

The major difference between drop shipping and the typical retail model is that
the products are not supplied or stocked by the selling retailer. Alternatively, the
seller buys inventory from a third party — typically a wholesaler or
manufacturer — to meet orders as needed.

In simpler terms, this is how drop shipping works:

I. The customer places an order on the retailer's online store for a

product.
II. The retailer shall forward the order and customer information
automatically or manually to the dropship supplier.
III. The dropship supplier packages and in the name of the retailer sends
the order directly to the customer.

per the customer's expectations and specifications. It was introduced as a
mechanism for ensuring that the company and the demand correspond. The
relationship between two sections, consumer segments and value proposals is
examined in detail. The Value Proposal Canvas can be used when enhancing a
current product or service, or when creating a new deal at all. And below is the
