    Please be informed that an Annual stockholders meeting and


    election of new set of officers as per Article 2 Section 1 of our bylaws
    will be held on August 20, 2020 at Edgardo Tapere’s Residence. We look
    forward to our meeting.

    Agenda:

    1. Call to order and determination of quorum;


    2. Reading of the minutes of the previous annual stockholders
    meeting;
    3. Approval of the minutes of the previous annual stockholders
    meeting;
    4. Financial report of the president and other updates;
    5. Election of new set of officers; and
    6. Other matters.
