AFFIDAVIT OF LEGITIMATION

We, SPOUSES RENIEL V. ABRERA and JENELYN DAGUIOAN-ABRERA, both of legal age,
Filipinos and residents of Brgy. D.S. Garcia, Cecilia Village II, Block 12 Lot 11, Cabanatuan City,
Nueva Ecija, after having been sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

That we were married on December 01, 2007 at the Caraballo Spring Resort in San
Quintin, Pangasinan;

That we have a child named JENNICA RIANE DAGUIOAN, who was born on May 7, 2004,
or prior to our marriage;

That at the time the child was conceived and born, we were not yet married although
was no legal impediment for us to marry each other;

That by reason of our subsequent marriage, we execute this affidavit to legitimize our
daughter JENNICA RIANE DAGUIOAN ABRERA.
