I write on behalf of my client Evelyn U. Salangsang which is applying for a

residential free patent with the Department of Environment and National Resources
– National Capital Region of a lot located at 514 Dr. Sixto Antonio Avenue,
Maybunga, Pasig City (Lot No. 8762 Mcad-579, Pasig Multi-Purpose Cad, of plan As-
00-000367, L.R.C. Rec. No.) containing an area of seventy six (76) square meters.

One of the requirements of the application is a certification stating that when

the technical description of the said lot was plotted in your Municipal Index Sheets,
thru its tie line, it does not appear to overlap with any plotted decreed/titled
properties.

In line with this, we would like to request for a certification from your good
office.
