Madam,
Under the instructions from and on behalf of our clients Smt. Renu Mittal W/o Sh. Rakesh
Mittal and Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/o Late Sh. Shobha Ram, both resident of 1175E, Hariom
Gali, Khasra No. 410, Village Moujpur, East Babarpur, Delhi – 32 and also at 30/8E, Hariom
Gali, Village Moujpur, Khasra no. 410, East Babarpur, Shahdara, Delhi -32, we hereby serve
upon you with the following notice:

1. That by virtue of a Rent Agreement dt. 10.04.2013, you were introduced as a tenant in

the part of the property i.e. one room set at ground floor of property no. 30/8E,

Hariom Gali, Village Moujpur, Khasra no. 410, East Babarpur, Shahdara, Delhi -32,

at a monthly rent of Rs. 1500/- per month only w.e.f. from 10.09.2012 to 09.08.2013

by our clients.

2. That the said rent agreement duly ended due to efflux of time accordingly and

thereafter, you demanded two more rooms on rent and agreed to pay a sum of Rs.

3000/- per month for 3 rooms along with latrine, bathroom and kitchen to our

aforesaid clients on the same terms and conditions of the earlier rent agreement dt.

10.04.2013. It was only for residential purposes.

3. That demised premises no. was somehow wrongly mentioned as 30/8A, Main Hariom

Gali, East Babarpur, Shahdara, Delhi-32 for which the corrigendum was sent to you

vide letter dt. 05.11.2014 to consider, read and mention the correct address of the

demised property as 30/8E, Hariom Gali, Village Moujpur, Khasra no. 410, East

Babarpur, Shahdara, Delhi -32.

4. That our clients have only two daughters and the demised premises are required by

our clients bona fide for the accommodation of their elder daughter Ms. Shipra Mittal
and for the settlement of their daughters’ profession Ms. Vishakha Mittal and Ms

Shipra Mittal for earning their livelihood as they both don’t own any property in Delhi

and are dependent on our clients.

5. That our clients’ elder married daughter Ms. Shipra Mittal is living in rented house at

the rate of Rs. 8000/- p.m. and son-in-law of our clients also doesn’t own any property

in Delhi. Therefore, both are dependents on our clients for residential accommodation.

6. That the younger unmarried daughter Ms. Vishakha Mittal of our client is a practicing

advocate and she was enrolled in 2014. Now, she requires / needs to set up an office

to deal with her personal clients to maintain / gain credibility in the market.

7. That our clients are also dependents on their daughters for the look-after and care

which is required at this stage as both are senior citizens and suffer from diseases and

ill-health now and then. Smt. Renu Mittal our client was admitted to hospital in

December 2017 for four days and both of our clients have been advised by the Doctor

to get operated their eyes due to cataract problem and our client Sh. Rakesh Kumar is

a patient of diabetes and high blood pressure. Therefore, in these circumstances, our

clients require their daughters to be settled down near to them.

Lastly, we hereby therefore intimate you to vacate the aforesaid premises within 15 days of

this notice, failing which the law shall take its own course and it is also clarified that the legal

action shall be taken entirely at your own risks, costs and consequences. Take notice

accordingly. Copy kept for further reference.
