Subject: Clarification regarding my BSNL broadband plan

With due respect, I beg to say that I am using the BSNL Broadband Plan BB-
BBG COMBO 3750 CS226 (80GB) plan and my Customer Id is 3005422811.
In this regard I would like to say that I have not consumed 80GB data till date
but in my system, it shows the completion of my data and showed a message
that I have exceeded the broadband monthly limit. My BSNL PRO mobile app
shows 25GB data consumption till date.
Therefore, I request you to kindly clarify/ rectify my real data usage so that I
can further use my data. Moreover, earlier I was getting normal speed of about
1.5 to 2 Mbps but now I am getting only the post-FUP limit speed (i.e. 512
Kbps).
I shall be grateful for your kind clarification.
