Quality Assurance Policy

In Property Solutions, Freeway Properties UK aims to provide a professional

complementary service. CHS is a heart-centred service, which aims to encourage and support
clients on their path towards health. Jill also strives to maintain an observational,
unprejudiced role within the professional relationship and recognises that all individuals are
responsible for their own healing. At present, she is the sole provider for CHS but in the case
of referral of a client to another service, or locum therapist, that therapist would be made
aware of and be expected to comply with this Policy.

I: Valuing Clients

Jill strives to meet the needs of all clients, as valued customers of Creative Health Solutions.
Clients are encouraged to work in partnership with Jill. This can be done in a number of

2. Use of MYCaW or similar self-assessment health questionnaire
3. Negotiation of which therapy – or combination of therapies is appropriate
4. Regular reviews of progress
5. Agreement on scheduling of appointments and nature and frequency of telephone or
email support
