Operations 2012. No existing policies, procedures and
guidelines.
Center for Lasallian Ministry Yes Yes CLM has 3 Offices:

Office for Student Accompaniment

* policy is based on what is written in student handbook
* manual needs review and updates

Office for Adult Accompaniment (created in July 2015)

* no existing policies, procedures and guidelines
* policy needs approval (involves HRD and CIRC)

Office for Worship

* no existing policies, procedures and guidelines
* programs details are only the supportive documents

Center for Social Action Yes No Awaiting for the response from Mr. Leo Cortes, Director-
CSA.
Department of Student Life Yes No Dean Norie to discuss with DSL team re policies, procedures
and guidelines prior to submission in CIAD.
OVC - Advancement Yes No Policies and Procedures are pending for approval in
the PC Level. The office is currently in the process of
updating the policies and procedures. As per Sir Robin, these
documents will be available before the end of March.
