1. Address by chairperson

The chairperson called the meeting to order at 9:00 am and thanked to all WAYZ
staff for being present. She states the objective of this meeting is to discuss the
type of business that might be suitable for WAYZ TO SUCCEED
CORP.SDN.BHD. Chairperson asked for the opinion from all staff about the type
of business that they feel the best choice.

2. Suggestion for UTHM Bakery

The first suggestion is come from Assistant manager, Syazwida Bt Mohd Noor
where she states that UTHM Bakery is the best choice for our company business
because there no bakery shop in the campus whereas majority student like to eat
bun for their breakfast or lunch. Student also difficult to get cake for party. They
need to go outside the campus to procure it.

3. Suggestion for Tuition for Engineering Mathematic subject

The second suggestion is come from Yusnani Hajar bt Arifin, she offer her
opinion that is tuition for Engineering Mathematics subject is suitable for our
company. She states that we not give to the customer a product but a service. She
also say that this type of business is suitable concord to our company motto.
4. Suggestion for Driving School

Siti Nur Aishah bt Mohd Azmin says the congruent idea for the type business of
our company is driving school. She states the reason where there is no driving
school in Parit Raja. She also elaborates her idea and informs that is difficult for
students to go for driving school because it is too far from campus. She also
notifies that this type of business is concord to our company objective that is to
increase the company's role in relations to social responsibility.

5. Other Matter

The chairperson informed to all staff about the exchange manager. WAYZ staff
gets new manager for control our company quality parallel to our company
objective.

6. Closing Meeting

The chairperson closed the meeting and thanked to all staff for giving their
opinion. She notifies that the decision of the type of business for our company
will be informed later in our next meeting. She hope that all WAYZ staff will
work hard to make our company successful beside beget the successful
generation. The meeting adjourned at 12:00 pm, with a vote of thanks to the chair.
