Action Key Description

Help F1 Display the keys that functions have been mapped to. This screen can be exited by pressing the key mapped to the
Back function
Menu F2 Used to return to the last menu and cancel any transaction that has not yet been committed
Back F3 Used to navigate to previous page displayed within a transaction. This function may appear to behave differently in
different forms, depending on what the definition of a transaction is in each form. For example if you receive an item on
a purchase order, that is considered a transaction. Therefore, if you select the button to receive another item, you will
not have the opportunity to go back to the previous page where you received your last item because this is a different
transaction. This key will also exit out of the Help Menu
Forward F4 Used to navigate to next page of display within a transaction. The same caveats pertain to Next Page as for Previous
Page
Clear Ctrl K Used to clear the field of any input
LOV Ctrl L Used to display the list of validated values for a field
Next Ctrl I Next selection in the display
Main Ctrl N Used to return to the main menu of a responsibility and cancel any transaction that has not yet been committed.

Message Ctrl B Used to display the long description of a message that has appeared on the status bar
Toggle Ctrl Z Used to toggle between options in a list field, or exit
ShowField Ctrl A Used to show the current field on the entire page in the case that the field runs off the screen
Hot Key Esc Used in conjunction with a button's accelerator key to press that button from anywhere on the page
Page Up Ctrl D Used to view the next page of information to the up on the display, or the first choice in the current display.
Page Ctrl C Used to view the next page of information to the down on the display, or last choice in the current display.

Generate Ctrl G Used on particular fields in Inventory and WMS (e.g. lot number, serial number, license plate number) to generate a
new number
Skip Task Ctrl S Used on the task page to skip the current task
About Ctrl X Used to invoke an 'About' page that lists details of the current connection that could be useful in debugging problems
FlexPopup Ctrl F Used to bring up the segment by segment entry screen for a key flexfield on the mobile user interface
Exit Ctrl Z Exit Mobile Application
