So, I've tried a lot of mug cakes, and after some tweaking, this is my favorite

easy mug recipe.


1/3 C powdered sugar
2 heaping Tbs cocoa powder (more or less if you like)
1 egg
I also add a dash of salt and vanilla because it's a lot better if you do.
Microwave it for 1 minute (sometimes I'll go closer to 50 seconds if I want it
'wetter'). You can also put some chocolate syrup or caramel sauce in there before
you cook it, and it will settle to the bottom and become a glaze if you flip it out
on a plate (or a puddle of goodness at the bottom if you eat it out of the mug like
I do).
