COMES NOW THE UNDERSIGNED COUNSEL AND UNTO THE HONORABLE COURT,
MOST RESPECTFULLY STATES:

1. That the accused is currently detained since his arrest.

2. That no bail was recommended for his temporary release on the assumption
that the evidence of guilt is strong.

3. That the burden of showing that evidence of guilt is strong rest on the
prosecution and unless this fact is satisfactorily shown, the accused is entitled to bail as
a matter of right.

4. That the evidence for the prosecution is weak as there was a seriously
irregularity attending the alleged buy-bust operation.

WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, IT IS MOST RESPECTFULLY PRAYED

UNTO THE HONORABLE COURT THAT THE ACCUSED BE ALLOWED TO POST BAIL FOR
HIS TEMPORARY LIBERTY PENDING TRIAL.
