A. COURSE TITLE: PHYSICAL FITNESS

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This course deals with the definition of Physical Fitness its classification and components such as health- related exercises and skill-related exercises, its
importance, physical exercise and wellness and to develop the student’s ability and capability to choose sport activity they would like to participate in.

F. COURSE REQUIREMENTS

 Attendance of 54 hours. A student who incurs absences of more than twenty (20%) percent of 54 hours in a term shall fail and earn no credit except in
emergency, justifiable and reasonable ground, provided however that, the student is not excused from keeping up with lessons, assignments,
examinations and all other requirements.
