The Basic configuration

Customer Benefits Disc tool
The Ultimate Clean™ series of tools provides the highest
degree of flexibility for virtually all pipeline cleaning
applications including general and heavy-duty cleaning,
ferrous debris removal as well as gauging and batching
tasks.

The ROSEN Advantage

With its slender multi-bolt design, the Ultimate Clean™
pipeline cleaning tool has excellent pipe passage
properties. This series provides the highest degree of
flexibility for virtually all applications such as general and Cup tool
heavy-duty cleaning, ferrous debris removal as well as
gauging and batching tasks. Operating life is maximized
through the use of highly wear resistant RoPlasthan®
polyurethane (PU) materials. Ultimate Clean™ tools can
optionally be supplied in accordance with ATEX directive
94/9/EC. ROSEN pipeline cleaning tools are designed,
engineered and manufactured in-house.

Tool Body
Grit-blasted carbon steel, coated with primer and epoxy.
Flanges chamfered to avoid sharp edges, designed to
withstand extreme differential pressures.

Incorporating a range of customization options, the
Ultimate Clean™ tool can be adjusted to suit the
geometry requirements of specific pipeline systems,
thereby allowing safe passage of valves and fittings.

Examples of available configuration options:

• Special disc sizing and mounting for progressive
removal of wax
• Uni-directional discs for critical batching operations like
product removal with nitrogen or water removal in
pre-commissioning tasks
• Special configurations for gate valves inaccessible with Bend-detection transmitter tool

• Providing a large carrying capacity, the 2-in-1 brush/
magnet configuration, available in sizes 20" and above,
has been shown to be highly efficient in collecting any
kind of steel debris
