Greetings!

As stated in the 1987 Constitution, Article XV Section 3 that the state shall defend the right and
protection of children, the Department of Education is now strengthening its protection and
safety policies within and outside the school. This will promote a better condition in learning
process between the learners and the facilitators.

Nueva Gracia National High School is wishing to your office to assist us in giving protection and
care from foreign and unwanted personnel and maintaining its security for the sake of teachers,
students and visitors.

In the abovementioned, the undersigned below as an administrator of the academe, we are

requesting your powers to assist and give us three (3) utility/ watchman personnel. This is for the
betterment of the school and its sovereignity.
