 The Philippines, for example,is rich in natural resources, raw materials, crafts, garments, minerals, some of
these products are not available in other countries so we export these products. Same goes to the Philippines,
we lack some products that is high in demand but wasn’t available locally so we have to import to meet this
demand. Also each countries might be known to specialized or produce a much better products compare to
others, in terms of medicine, gadgets, cosmetics, equipment and many more. Another possible reason is some
countries prefer to import products from other countries because the fees, wages, manufacturing cost are
much lower compare if they would produce it locally.
There is no country that can be self-sufficient, one country may endowed certain resources that other
countries do not possess and at the same time lacked other resources that is available on others. So these are
some of the reasons why some of the products are from our country and other from foreign.
