MODEL DEVELOPMENT OF PASSING DOWN IN PAIRS ON

LEARNING VOLLEYBALL STUDENTS CLASS VIII


SMP SWADAYA PANGKALPINANG

ABSTRACT

This research is backed by the knowledge and ability of the students to


perform underpassing techniques are still lacking, indicating the results are not
maximal, learning methods less attractive and the absence of the development of
the training model passing down That correspond to students '
characteristics.This research aims to produce the development of the following
training model in pairs for students of class VIII SMP Swadaya Pangkalpinang.
This method of research uses development methods (Research and
Development). The Underpass learning development Model was paired from a
modification of the research procedure adapted from the Kusumayati (6 steps).
The subject population of this research is a class VIII student of SMP Swadaya
Pangkalpinang year 2018/2019 with a number of learners 30 people.
The results of this research from the validator of material experts, media
experts and practitioners where all the validators stated "Valid" based on the
three assessed aspects.The first aspect of the material gained an average
percentage score of 80% with the category "Valid".Both aspects of media expert
validation acquire an average score of 90% with the category "Very Valid". All
three aspects of expert expertise validationwith a percentage of 95% criteria
"very Valid".The feasibility of the underpassing learning model is seen from a
small-scale trial that scores an average percentage of 82% with "excellent"
criteria.Large-scale trials with an average percentage of 64% of the ' good ' '
criteria, and continued with the response of the ongoing learning model by
passing in pairs that earned a percentage average of 90% with criteria ' ' Very
good ' '. Based on the results of expert validation assessments and trials show that
the learning model of passing under paired belongs to the category of ' very
good’ and deserves to be used as a model of the development of the underside
Volleyball class VIII SMP Swadaya Pangkalpinang.

PENGEMBANGAN MODEL PASSING BAWAH BERPASANGAN
PADA PEMBELAJARAN VOLI SISWA KELAS VIII
SMP SWADAYA PANGKALPINANG

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pengetahuan dan kemampuan siswa dalam


melakukan teknik passing bawah masih kurang sehingga menunjukkan hasil yang
belum maksimal, metode pembelajaran kurang menarik serta belum adanya
pengembangan model latihan passing bawah yang sesuai dengan karakteristik
siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan pengembangan model latihan
passing bawah berpasangan untuk siswa kelas VIII SMP Swadaya Pangkalpinang.
Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan (Research and
Development). Model pengembangan pembelajaran passing bawah berpasangan
dari modifikasi prosedur penelitian yang diadaptasi dari Kusumayati (6 langkah).
Populasi subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Swadaya
Pangkalpinang Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 dengan jumlah peserta didik 30 orang.
Hasil penelitian ini dari validator ahli materi, ahli media dan praktisi dimana
semua validator menyatakan “Valid” berdasarkan dari tiga aspek yang dinilai.
Pertama aspek materi memperoleh skor rata-rata persentase 80% dengan kategori
“Valid”. Kedua aspek validasi ahli media memperoleh skor rata-rata 90% dengan
kategori “Sangat Valid”. Ketiga aspek keahlian ahli validasi dengan persentase
95% kriteria “Sangat Valid”. Kelayakan model pembelajaran passing bawah
berpasangan dilihat dari uji coba skala kecil yang memperoleh skor rata-rata
persentase 82% dengan kriteria “Sangat Baik”. Uji coba skala besar dengan
perolehan rata-rata persentase 64% kriteria ‘‘Baik’’, dan dilanjutkan dengan
pemberian angket respon guru terhadap model pembelajaran passing bawah
berpasangan yang memperoleh skor rata-rata persentase 90% dengan kriteria
‘‘Sangat Baik’’. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian validasi ahli dan uji coba
menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran passing bawah berpasangan termasuk
dalam kategori ‘‘Sangat Baik’’ dan layak digunakan sebagai model
pengembangan latihan passing bawah berpasangan pada pembelajaran bola voli
siswa kelas VIII SMP Swadaya Pangkalpinang.
