Troubleshooting (APS-6000B PC)

1. If software displays these pictures when opening the software.

Please check the soft dog and driver of the soft dog. It can be
opened only installing the soft dog and its driver. Make sure
everything is right if still display these pictures. Please check
the soft dog and contact us.
2. If display these pictures when opening the software.
Please check the capture card to insert into the computer or not.
Installing the driver of the capture card or not .It will be showed
like this picture in Device Manager if installed the driver of the
capture card.

Make sure everything is right if still display these pictures.

Please check the capture card and the PCI port of the computer.
Please contact us if you don’t resolve the problem finally.

3. If display these pictures when opening the software. The eye

tracking window is blue.
Please check the capture device connects into the perimeter and
computer or not. Make sure it is good connection if still display
these pictures. Please check the video wire and contact us
promptly.

4. If display these pictures when opening the software.

Please check the port wire connects into the perimeter and
computer or not and turn on power of the perimeter or not.
Make sure all are right if still display these pictures. Please
check the port wire and the power wire. Please contact us if you
don’t resolve the problem finally.
