一个句子要能表达一个完整的thought, 谁是什么或者谁做了什么表达了一个完整的意思,只有谁或者只有做了什么不能
表达一个完整的意思,不能称之为一个句子,是语法错误(句子片段,fragment)

Or Who(What) does something.
The subject of a sentence is the part about which something is being said.
Like flower, Bob, Marry on above example.
