DAY 4

Day 4: Your Energetic Relationship with Food

Food Serves Different Purposes:

• Food is first of all for your mental state, your body, what you need, nutrients, all that good stuff.
There is also an energetic benefit to food.

• This video is going to bring you another perspective and hopefully another paradigm.

• There is a pattern with highly sensitive, energetic, spiritual people when it comes to food.

DAY 4

Energy & Food:

• Grounding Foods:
o Things literally in the soil.
o Rice.
o Potatoes.
o Things that are heavy.
o Meats.

• A lot of times people don’t know why they are craving these types of food. Sometimes your
higher self just knows you need it

• Understanding why you crave it, without guilt or shame, will increase the quality of your life.

• People crave foods when having a rough, intense day.

DAY 4

• Chakra Weakening Foods:

o Chocolate.
o Pineapple.
o Alcohol.

• Example – a person with an overactive third eye.

• The power of this stuff, it’s here for a reason.

• It’s all in how you use it and what the intention is.

DAY 4

• Sometimes you eat because you want to feel grounded. Sometimes things are too intense and
you want to disconnect so you eat to weaken your chakras.

• Try journaling when you eat, what you crave, why you crave – and see what patterns emerge.

• You also want to get to the root and address the issues that need to be addressed emotionally
and mentally.

DAY 4

Your Homework:
• Begin a journal this week of capturing when you crave certain foods and the details around that
time.

• Make a goal of journaling for 1 week, and if possible, keep it going.

• Consider continuing journaling after that week to capture when you crave foods as a way to
check in with yourself regularly.

• Use the homework worksheet on the following pages to journal. Once you’ve journaled for a few
days, use the last homework worksheet pages of questions to look back on the patterns that
emerge.

And in case no one has told you today, I LOVE YOU!
