D04 Energy - Day 4 Food
D04 Energy - Day 4 Food
PROGRAM
• This video is going to bring you another perspective and hopefully another paradigm.
• There is a pattern with highly sensitive, energetic, spiritual people when it comes to food.
• A lot of times people don’t know why they are craving these types of food. Sometimes your
higher self just knows you need it
• Understanding why you crave it, without guilt or shame, will increase the quality of your life.
• It’s all in how you use it and what the intention is.
• Sometimes you eat because you want to feel grounded. Sometimes things are too intense and
you want to disconnect so you eat to weaken your chakras.
• Try journaling when you eat, what you crave, why you crave – and see what patterns emerge.
• You also want to get to the root and address the issues that need to be addressed emotionally
and mentally.
Your Homework:
• Begin a journal this week of capturing when you crave certain foods and the details around that
time.
• Consider continuing journaling after that week to capture when you crave foods as a way to
check in with yourself regularly.
• Use the homework worksheet on the following pages to journal. Once you’ve journaled for a few
days, use the last homework worksheet pages of questions to look back on the patterns that
emerge.

• Do you find yourself craving more grounding foods or chakra weakening foods, or are they
evenly represented?
• Is there a common theme in the issues/situations that arise that lead to cravings? As you look
back at those situations, work through getting to the root of the common themes.
