D05 Energy - Day 5 Light Therapy
D05 Energy - Day 5 Light Therapy
PROGRAM
• You had a favorite color growing up, you probably have one now. There is also a certain light
energy that helps your energetic body.
• You have to know which one works for you, and it is different for everybody.
• To begin, imagine bright white light coming in, filling every part of your body from your head to
your toes.
• Then, imagine a white liquid coming in, filling every part of your body from your head to your
toes.
• Continue this process, trying different colors – first as light, then as liquid:
o Purple
o Gold
o Pink
o Blue
o Add in any colors you want to explore.
• Pay attention to how you are feeling afterwards – this will give you a clue.
• When you try this, there is going to be a specific pattern – you will either respond well to light
and it is golden light, or you respond well to gold and it’s liquid.
• This is one of the foundational tools we’re going to use throughout the 30 day program.
• Try doing this exercise and journaling the colors/combinations that work for you. And the feeling
produced when you try it.
Your Homework:
• Find 5-10 minutes of quiet time to go through the exercise – first relaxing and getting into a
meditative state, then imagining the different light/liquid color combinations.
• Journal about the experience each combination created for you, how it made you feel.
• Once you’ve completed the first 5-10 minute exercise, find time in the morning and evening to
go through a quicker variation of the exercise, journaling about the experience.
• Use the homework worksheet on the following pages to track your exercises and journal about
the experience.
• Performing the exercise for the first time, set aside 5-10 minutes and follow the process outlined
by Oliver:
o Go into a meditative state, relaxed.
o Start off with 5-5-5 breathing.
o Once you are in state, experiment with colors.
o To begin, imagine bright white light coming in, filling every part of your body from your
head to your toes.
o Then, imagine a white liquid coming in, filling every part of your body from your head to
your toes.
• Perform the exercise using a variety of different colors – first imagining them as a light, then as
a liquid.
