HWVJ ENTERPRISES, LLC. Acquired the Marlton Golf Club in April 2015. HWVJ
Enterprises is comprised of Henry C. Turner, Jr., Willie Blakeney, Jr., Vann B. Jones and
James “Jimmy” Garvin. The four businessmen’s combined knowledge and experience
helped them craft a new vision for transforming the Marlton Golf Course. Through
renovation and enhancements, the quality of the Marlton will reflect a new and improved
golf course and club house. The ultimate goal is to propel the Marlton so that it is
representative of the community with a focus on activities for the entire family. Each
partner stands committed to offer his expertise to create a venue that embodies fun,,
entertainment and great golf.

Golf Course & Country Club, also called MGC3, is an improved re-acquaintance to some
and an introduction to others. We aspire to exceed our customers highest expectations.

LLC. to create MGC3, a sports and entertainment community.
KEVIN "SILK" BREWER/FERGUSON-BREWER HOLDINGS, LLC. is responsible for screening
prospective partners, negotiating partnership agreements, managing ongoing partner and
agency/vendor relationships, business development, business management and developing unique
solutions-driven promotional programs that enhance brand equity for the company. Additionally,
the company also helps other businesses buy, sell and develop commercial and residential
property. FBH is a full service Entertainment company comprised of a strategic team of
experienced, well-connected and creative individuals. FBH provides our clients access to the
important African-American and Multi-Cultural consumer connecting our clientele with perfectly
aligned events, media and messages. FBH is a one stop shop for access to entertainment for all
genres and all occasions. Kevin "Silk" Brewer specializes in Marketing, Promotions, Advertising,
Event Planning, Film/Television/Video Productions and Artist Management. For over 25 years,
various artists and businesses within the R&B, Pop, Dance, Hip-Hop and Go-Go Music Industries can
say that KSB has developed an excellent rapport, business relationships and success through
management and consultation. Committed to excellence bolstered by an open-door perspective
and has developed a strong rapport with entertainers. Known for having its finger on the pulse of
the entertainment industry, KSB maintains a hands-on commitment to excellence which has led to
consistent bookings as well as superb communications with its entertainers through an open door
policy.
Marlton Golf Club is located in the Marlton Community in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. The first
public course in Prince George’s county with bent grass fairways and greens, Marlton is a par 71
layout that plays between 4600 yards (forward tees) to 6200 yards (back tees). Marlton offers a
full service clubhouse, with a fully stocked golf shop, food service dining are and an outside
terrace and pavilion overlooking the front nine. This year-round, 18-hole course is nestled within
160 acres of beautiful landscaping. Designed by Ault-Clark and Associates, Marlton has taken on
the charm of a course that has evolved around timeless nature.

Requiring accuracy to conquer the tight tree lined fairways, Marlton offers a challenge that is sure
to bring players back time and time again! Our driving range offers both matted stations and
grass tees. Range balls come in small and large baskets and can be purchased in the pro-shop.
From beginner to advanced golfer; enjoy your practice time in a leisurely serene atmosphere. The
large, 5-hole putting green is sided by our chipping green offering hills and slopes to practice
those difficult chips and pitches.

There is also a separate parking area for this practice facility.
