JACKING OIL PUMP

1 Make sure there’s no maintenance work at Jacking Oil Pump area

2 Make sure source power is ready Power On

Pressure Inlet 0,03 Mpa

3 Make sure AC oil pump operates normally
(Local indicator)

Check Pressure before

4 Make sure JOP strainer in clean condition and operates normally
and after filter

5 All Inlet Manual Valves Must be Open

6 All Outlet Manual Valves Must be Open

7 Oil leaking Must be no leak

TURNING GEAR

Must be Circulating
1 AC Oil Pump
(check oil sigh glass)

Must be on Operation
2 Oil Extractor Fan (Check main oil tank
pressure)

3 Jacking Oil Pump Must be Run

4 Lubricating Pressure Sufficient (0,18 MPa)

5 Turbine Shaft Rotation Must be Stop

6 Manual Valve for Oil Supply to Turning Gear Must be Open
