Pakistan presents a significant opportunity for improvement in the overall

healthcare scenario. The need and demand for quality care is increasing
in the population, whereas there are only a few hospitals delivering quality
care. Identifying this gap, we created the concept for a healthcare consulting
company that would work with clients enabling them to achieve quality care
delivery in an efficient manner.

The hands on experience we have gained as a team in running one of the

largest hospitals in the country enables us to educate and guide our clients.

The consulting model developed has five basic components;

- Concept and design: This is both for new hospitals, as well as existing
hospitals wanting to renovate their facilities.

- Business Plan and Feasibility: Formulation of strategies and business plans

with financial feasibilities that are tailored to the project’s requirements.

- Equipment planning and procurement: Medical equipment constitutes a

significant portion of a healthcare project’s cost. We ensure efficient and cost
effective procurement of medical equipment.

- Staffing plan, recruitment and training: Developing staffing plan and

executing search and selection process for recruitment of optimal number of
staff required to run a hospital.

- Operational advisory: Identifying strategies that will help existing facilities

achieve meaningful results through investment in infrastructure, process
redesign and organizational education and awareness.

We are currently offering our services in the above mentioned areas to clients
in different cities of Pakistan.
