1 OPENING THE MEZZANINE


By opening the mezzanine the ceiling becomes nearly 5m high which
creates an impressive feeling of openness like that of a cathedral.

2 ENTRY SHOWS THE GROOMING CENTER


4 Guests see the grooming space upon entering.

3 DUAL PURPOSE CAFE BAR AND RECEPTION


The desk in the lounge area is also used to greet and service guests.

4 FIRST FLOOR CAPSULE HOTEL


2 12 pets will reside in the capsule hotel space on the first floor, reducing
their risk of noise.

5 VIP ROOMS ARE IN AN ACCOUSTICALLY INSULATED ZONE


By consolidating the VIP hoteling, we can build a accoustically insulated
sound box around it to reduce the risk of noise complaints.

6 7 6 SPA ROOMS LOCATED NEAR DRAINAGE


By locating both spa rooms next to the drain, we reduce the distance waste
water must travel making it less likely for clogged pipes.

5 7 VIP ROOMS USE GLASS TO IMPROVE VENTILATION


All 4 VIP rooms will have sunlight due to glass enclosures. Glass will also
enable ease of monitoring.

8 USE FOR HIGH WALL SPACE


The very high wall space presented by the open mezzanine provides an
8 opportunity to catch the attention of guests with a memorable design.

1 COMPLETE OPENNESS FROM FRONT TO BACK


By clearing all the walls from front to back, a large single open zone is
created. This space can have multiple uses ranging from pet cafe, waiting
lounge, play area, gathering space.

2 FACADE SHOWS THE GROOMING CENTER


Grooming activities are lively and will attract the attention of pet owners
4 walking by outside.

3 A HOST STATION GREETS GUESTS
A small host station is near the door to service guests, similar to the
concierge’s booth at a high-end hotel.

4 PET GROOMING AND BATH ZONES ARE NEAR SIGHT OF CAFE


3 Pet owners relaxing in the cafe will have easy access to their pets while

Seperates grooming traffic and hoteling traffic for more orderly circulation.
