I have an overall work experience of 23+ years in the hospitality industry and
of which 20+ years have been at Managerial and above position.

Experiences —
1) Presently working as Corporate GM Operations with Whole Foods, a health
and Nutrition based Indian Private Limited Company, with Cafeteria / Counters
presence at all the major Hospitals of Delhi & Gurgaon (Noida - Collaborating
now as all relevant licenses procured). List of some locations -
Apollo, Max Hospitals, Sir Gangaram, Action Hospitals, Fortis and Fortis Escorts
and in Corporate Companies in Gurgaon, including -
American Express, United Health Group – OPTUM, EYs, Max healthcare, amongst others.
Major Responsibilities include –
 Brand Build-up and Business Expansion.
 New Outlet Opening, Layouts and Set-up
 Budgeting, P&L and MIS.
 Training and development programs.
 Food and Operation Audits.
 Implementing SOPs.
 Quality and Standards Compliance along with Cost and expenditure controls.

2) Worked as Corporate General Manager (Ops) with “Alchemist F&B Limited”
and currently handling team of around 250 people and responsible for smooth
operations of the hospitality stream, which includes-
 Republic of Chicken – Retail Chain operations
 KINK- The Pub & Terrace Lounge, Noida – The Club.
 Kebab Khan- An Indian Specialty Restaurant, Noida and Panchkula.
 Café Amor- A Coffee Shop concept, Panchkula.
 Cube- The Banquet Hall, Panchkula.

3) Worked with Pind Balluchi Restaurant as General Manager (Ops), the brand
outlet of J.S Hospitality Group, from Oct 12 till Feb 13.
Was responsible for smooth Operations of Outlets in Delhi.
Reported to- The Director Ops.

4) Worked as the General Manager (Ops), with RTC Restaurants India Ltd, for its
Multi-Brand Restaurant Operations, from 6th Nov 2006 till 15th Nov 2011.
The Company portfolio had Brands like – Ruby Tuesday, Sbarro, Indus Grill,
Mandarin Trail, Haagen Dazs, Mandarin Express, amongst others.
Handled team of around 700+ people and was responsible for smooth operations
of -
 Ruby Tuesday’s in Delhi-NCR.
 Mandarin Trail- The Speciality Oriental Restaurant, Noida.
 Haagen Dazs- The High end Ice Cream concept, Saket- Select City Mall.
 Indus Grill – An Indian Food speciality.
 Mandarin Express- QSR, Noida and Saket.

5) Worked as Unit Manager of “Superstars-The Fun Pub” in Noida and Vaishali


Ghaziabad, and “The Great Kebab Factory- Indian Specialty Restaurant”, in
Noida and Saket, the premium Outlets of Radisson Hospitality Worldwide,
under the banner of Carlson Hospitality, from July 2002 till Nov 2006.
Reported to- The VP Ops (Hospitality).

6) Worked as Senior Captain of the Coffee Shop and the Bar in Radisson Hotel,
under Carlson Hospitality worldwide, from Mar 2002 – Till July 2002.
Reported to- The F&B Manager (Mr Manoj Thapa) & The G.M (Mr Vivian
Ranjit).

7) Worked as a Senior Captain with T.G.I Friday’s, Vasant Vihar, World Leaders in
Casual Dining with its presence all across the globe), a Brand under Carlson Hospitality
worldwide, from Nov 1997– Mar 2002.
Reported to- The Restaurant Manager.

Professional Qualifications—
3year Diploma in Hotel Management from I.H.M Pusa Institute branch, (Institute of
Hotel Management Applied Nutrition and Catering Sciences, IHM Gwalior branch), in
year 1997.

Educational Qualification—
- Schooling from Guru Harkishan Public School, India Gate in year 1991.
- MBA from Delhi University.
- Graduation from University of Delhi in year 1997.
- Diploma in Basics of Computer Education.
Training—
- 20 days of Sr. Management Training in Ruby Tuesday, USA (corporate Office
in Tennessee) from 18th Sep 2010 till 7th Oct 2010.
- 6 Month Industrial Training from Ashok Hotel, New Delhi.

Achievements—
- Awarded as the best RGM of the year at RTC Restaurants India Ltd.
- Twice won the best Sales person of the year at T.G.I Friday’s.
- Captained my school and college cricket team to tournament victories.
