    4.2 Perhitungan dosis

    Dosis sekali = x 100 % =30%

    4.3 Perhitungan bahan

    Bobot suppositoria =3x2 = 6 gr

    = 6 x 10 % = 0,6 gr

    = 6 gr + 0,6 = 6,6 gr

    Zat aktif = 0,5 x 3 = 1,5 mg = 0,0015 gr
