STEPS ON HOW TO OPEN & MAKE ENTRIES ON A SPREADSHEET

INSTRUCTIONS: Check carefully the entries of your data. Make the necessary corrections if needed. Under
the LRN column, type your LRN number.

IMPORTANT: Make sure that SF1 TAB is the one that is active before doing anything on the spreadsheet. Do
not alter entries that are not yours. Mind your own entries.

1. Open the LINK.

This is an example of a LINK.

2. A dialog box will open.

Click this 3 vertical Dots button.


In the dropdown, select Open
with.
3. Select DRIVE.

Click this
Drive icon.
4. Select your active Gmail and then click OK.

Click this
OK button.
5. Select the cell where you want to type your entry. In the field with green rectangle,
type your entry. Once finished, click the Check Mark at the right side to confirm the
entry.

6. Once finished, click the Check Mark above. This is to save the entire spreadsheet and
update the link file as well.

NOTE: Clicking the last Check Mark means saving the entire spreadsheet. The
window can now be safely closed.
