Literature review 1
This article addresses the quality of the online education e-learning platforms. The study
revolves around cognitive load theory which mainly includes the three factors of study such as
instrumental materials, content complexity, learner’s expertise. Today's e-learning authoring
tools provide developers with a series of innovative ways to incorporate instructional methods
and media to generate compelling training content. e-learning courses should be well-oiled,
appropriate teaching environments allowing the learners to learn more easily, better or both

This article discusses the factors influencing the effectiveness of e learning from a learner’s
perspective eLearning typically relies to a greater extent than conventional education on learners.
There are two arguments for the same, some claim that eLearning effectiveness should be
measured by the same guidelines and standards as face-to – face education. Yet others argue that
there are certain features which are unique to both convention and e learning. Network of
opportunities lead the participants into a new creative approach of learning.

This article explains about availability of increasing learning opportunities through medium of
online education online education has allowed education institutions to increase accessibility and
possibilities of learning. The internet thus provides a platform which allows interaction with
people and materials to a great extent. Amid the rapid growth of technological developments and
challenges, there does not seem to be any decline in adoptions at Individual or institutional
levels.

OBJECTIVES
Accessibility - Ability to reach/attain/obtain something of great value with minimal efforts. The
primary reason behind selecting this objective is to analyze the accessibility and outreach from
both students and teacher’s perspective with respect to the online educational platforms (Webex,
Google Classroom). Thus, this objective helps us to identify ease of dependence and utilization
with the available resources.
Cost efficiency - Basically identifies the relationship between available resources and the final
outcomes/outputs these resources revert on its utilization. The major reason for choosing this
objective is to determine cost savings and inefficiency of saving cost from dependence on such
online educational platforms
Performance - Is basically the ability to persuade users to a certain item/product/a thing of great
value with the available resources. The main reason to choose this objective is to analyze how
well the students could interpret the concepts thought this platform and how well the teachers
utilize this platform to explain concepts in a simplified manner using the available features.
Retention Rate - The ability to depend on a platform based on the features it offers. The key
reason of choosing this objective is to analyze the percentage of users who are willing to
continue using such a platform (Webex) in a future course of time.
