CLASS NUMBER 27 LOR, KISSY T

ESSAY PE

In this PE class, I have learned so many things about different drills to become fit. One thing
that I liked the most is exercising using the agility ladder. It is piece of exercise equipment that
you can simply roll out on any flat surface. It improves speed, agility, and quickness whether
you're a pro athlete or an exercise newbie, agility ladder drills are the perfect form of cross-
training. It was a kind of an athlete training session but it's good for body workout also. Even
though at first it was kind of struggle in remembering the proper steps to be done, I still
managed to do well. As our PE class going I realized the importance of exercises. Simply by
doing exercise regularly may block negative thoughts or distract you from daily worries
especially in our field. As what research said that exercising with others also provides an
opportunity for increased social contact and increased fitness may lift your mood and improve
your sleep patterns. Exercise may also change levels of chemicals in your brain, such as
serotonin, endorphins and stress hormones. Perhaps I can apply all of it to maintain a healthy
lifestyle. Not only in exercises I learned a lot but also for the health tips the teacher usually
added while on class discussion. This subject will help me through Physically and in Healthy
way. Being fit and healthy makes us more active and not prone of getting sick. In line with this,
all of us should have the proper discipline and understanding in living a healthy lifestyle.
