have some understanding of a learning organisation
and were able to relate this to your organisation. I did
feel though that a deeper understandign was absent
from your account.

I wodul have liek to see you begin your discussion
(after teh introduction) with a more comprehensive
review of the literature on a learning organisation and
then using that literature consider if key aspects of the
learning organisation applied to your organisation. You
do do this latter part but it is largely absent of
supporting literature (models/key concepts).

You do offer an account of how this might apply to you


but this rather limited and again does not extensive
draw on a apply literature.
