MOTION TO FIX AND POST BAIL

COME NOW, accused ANDREA SANTOS y DIONISIO and MARICEL MARCELINO y
LOPEZ, and to this Honorable Court respectfully state that:

1. That both accused were charged with the above entitled case and has recommended bail
for their provisional liberty in the amount of Php _________________ each for
Violation of PD 1602 pursuant to Department Circular No. 89 of the Department of Justice;

2. That the above stated accused are willing and able to post bail for their temporary liberty
effective upon approval, and shall in force at all stages of the proceeding in this case;

3. That they promised to the Honorable Court that they will attend/appear in all their hearing
until its proper disposition.

4. That they shall undertake to appear before this Honorable Court whenever so required
and their failure to appear therewith without justification shall deemed on express waiver
of their right to be present on the date specified in the notice.

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court that accused be allowed to

post bail for their provisional liberty.
