ITEM MATTER ACTION

1.0 Surveyor- KUP
1.1 Amend for new precomp plan after issue of adjusting building KUP
location.
1.2 WSB will appointed a full time land surveyor during the construction
period to handle TBM value, earthwork volume calculation, setting out KUP/WSB
 building, etc.. KUP will assist this issue.

2.0 Town Planner- CAP

2.1 CAP will provide new layout for amend Development Order Drawing.
WSB will review this layout and further notice to PRIMA. At the moment CAP
this issue should be kept internally.

3.0 Building – MYT

3.0 MYT is absence ( MYT will inform further info after discussion with INFO
PRIMA ( Pn Nadwa).

4.0 M&E – CME

4.1 CME to forward drawing for facility building, CCTV by 31 Mei 2016 to CME
WSB. All drawing should be submitted A1,A3 size and softcopy.

4.2 CME arises the issue that some technical amend should be consider INFO
because of new PRIMACOMP guidelines.

4.3 CME will give WSB the estimation cost for TNB contribution CME

4.4 WSB requested CME to assist on appointed of Clerk of Work for

Mechanical and Electrical during the construction period. This person CME/WSB
will be hired by WSB but will appoint to be C.O.W of Mechanical and
Electrical under the supervision of CME.

5.0 C&S – HYJ

5.1 HYJ to forward drawing for sewerage, earthwork, road and drainage,
water reticulation . By 31 Mei 2016 to WSB. All drawing should be HYJ
completed with the general typical layout such as long section, chamber,
sump and etc . To be submitted A1,A3 size and softcopy.

5.2 HYJ to re send drawing of Guardhouse.

5.3 HYJ should follow up regarding the submission of Earthwork and R&D
drawing. HYJ informed normal processing time is about a month.

5.4 HYJ informed that their already submit a letter for appeal the deposit
for earthwork permit.

5.5 WSB will forward new S.I report to HYJ for further reference of
preparing a drawing after the issue of adjusting building location.

5.6 4 WSB requested HYJ to assist on appointed of Clerk of Work for C&S WSB/HYJ
and Resident Engineer during the construction period. This person will
be hired by WSB but will appoint to be C.O.W and Resident Engineer of
C&S under the supervision of HYJ

6.1 WSB reminded all party to keep the issue of adjusting building
location as an internal issue until further notice.

 6.2 WSB reminded all party to give fully support in archiving our target to
get Site Possession by early JULY 2016.

6.3 WSB need all party to amend their drawing after the new layout of
Development Order received.

7.0 Landscape – CBNL

7.1- CBNL to forwards a layout for a cross- section detail Padang INFO
Permainan, Road, as per discussion with En Tamim (PRIMA)
