with the registration of a product under this Act is not to be construed as giving the registrant. riabt to exclusive usc ofthc name or to its usc if it has been covered by
others.

This product is conditionally registered in accordance with FIFRA sec. 3(c)(7)(A) provided
that you:

1. Submit and/or cite all data required for registration! reregistration of your product under
FIFRA sec. 3(c)(5) when the Agency requires all registrants of similar products to submit such data;
and submit acceptable responses required for reregistration of your product under FlFRA section 4.

2. Make the following label changes:

a. Revise the EPA Registration Number to read, "EPA Reg. No. "74075-1 ".

b. Submit two copies of the final printed label for the record.

3. The Acute Toxicity Data were found to be acceptable and satisfY the data requirements
for this product registration.

Submit two (2) copies of the final printed labeling for our review. A stamped copy of the
label is enclosed for your records.

If these conditions are not complied with, the registration will be subject to cancellation
in accordance with FIFRA sec. 6( e). Your release for shipment of the product constitutes
acceptance of these conditions.

 PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS
HAZARD TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
WARNING: Causes substantial but temporary eye injury. Do not get in eyes or
clothing. Wear protective eyewear (goggles, face shield). Harmful if inhaled. Avoid
breathing spray mist. Harmful if swallowed. Prolonged or frequently repeated skin
contact may cause allergic reactions in some individuals. Wash thoroughly with soap
and water after handling. Remove contaminated clothing and wash clothing before
reuse.

FIRST AID
Call a Poison Controi Center or doctor for treatment advice.
If in Eyes 0 Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes.
0 Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing
eye.
If Swallowed 0 Have person sip a giass of water if able to swallow.
0 Do not Induce vomiting unless told to do so by the polson control center or doctor.
0 Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
If Inhaled 0 Move person to fresh air.
0 If person Is not breathing, call 911 or an ambulance, then give artificial respiration,
preferably mouth-to-mouth, if possible.
Have the product container or label with you when calling a polson control center or doctor, or
going for treatment. For Medical Emergency ONLY call: 24 Hour Emergency Response

ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS
Do not discharge effluent containing this product into lakes, streams, ponds, estuaries,
oceans or other waters unless in accordance with the requirements of a National
Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit and the permitting authority
has been notified in writing prior to discharge. Do not discharge effluent containing this
product to sewer systems without previously notifying the local sewage treatment plant
authority. For guidance, contact your State Water Board or Regional Office of the EPA .

 DIRECTIONS FOR USE

It is a violation of federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its
labeling.

Intace Fungicide B-6773 is intended for use as an industrial mildewcide for the control
of fungal growth on coated surfaces. Because it is a blend of active ingredients, Intace
Fungicide 8-6773 is a broad spectrum fungicide that will remain active in suppressing
mold growth for a long period of time. NOT FOR USE IN COATINGS THAT WILL
COME IN CONTACT WITH FOOD.

It is chemically inert and will not react with the other ingredients in the solution. Add
Intace Fungicide B-6773 to the coating solution at levels of 5 gallons/100 gallons to 20
gallons 1100 gallons depending on the substance to be protected, the fungal hazard,
and the duration of the product desired. It is the responsibility of the formulator to test
Intace Fungicide 8-6773 for optimum dosage levels and to determine compatibility and
suitability for the intended use.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL

Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage and disposal.
Pesticide Storage: Store this product in a cool dry area, away from direct sunlight
and heat to avoid deterioration. In case of spill, flood areas with large quantities of
water.
Pesticide Disposal: Product or rinsates that cannot be used should be diluted with
water before disposal in a sanitary sewer.
Container Disposal: Triple rinse (or equivalent). Then offer for recycling or
reconditioning, or puncture and dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or incineration, or, if
allowed by state and local authorities, by burninQ. If bumed, stay out of smoke.
