Due to the demand that milk teas have started gaining wide acceptance in the Philippines, we are
establishing our milk tea business so as to offer our various customers quality tea as well the choice of having
different flavors. We have our customized shop in place to cater to all our customers in Orion Bataan.

Due to the fact that we intend to serve our milk tea in different varieties and also that we believe in
having a professional package, we are therefore investing in specialized milk tea making equipment such as
shakers, sealers and an electric induction heater.

Disney Milk Tea is a new tea shop in the Bataan town of Orion. Disney Milk Tea is a sole proprietorship,
managed by Jaevend Mae Egual. Jaevend has graduated 4 years course of Hotel and Restaurant Management.
Her love and knowledge of tea and food will make the transition to owning and running a tea shop a natural
step.

Disney Milk Tea will offer a full range of teas (hot and iced), as well as pastries, snacks and loose teas for taking
home or giving as a gift.
 Mission

Our goal is to provide the finest premium teas and food to residents of the Bataan, area in a relaxed and
fun atmosphere.

Objectives

 To operate a successful tea and food store in Bataan, employing two to three employees the first year.
 To obtain a minimum of 200 regular customer in the Bataan market the first year of operation.
 Achieve first year sales of 5,000,000.00.
 To produce a reasonable net profit by the end of the third year of operation.

the over 20 kinds of flavored milk tea. We serve our teas hot and cold, and sell loose teas by grams.

In addition, we sell gift baskets and offer daily pastries and snacks to accompany tea products. Since we
are not intending to compete with coffee giants such as Starbucks, we brew only one kind of coffee daily, as a
consideration to the non-tea lovers customer.

belonging to its manager. Jaevend Egual control the 100% of the business.
