development and programming of the new
Student Information System (e-Register) has been
completed, and it will be launched on ‫ﻧﻮد إﺑﻼﻏﻜﻢ ﺑﺄﻧﻪ ﺗﻢ اﻹﻧﺘﻬﺎء ﻣﻦ ﺗﻄﻮﻳﺮ وﺑﺮﻣﺠﺔ ﻧﻈﺎم ﻣﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎت اﻟﻄﻼب اﻟﺠﺪﻳﺪ‬
‫ م‬٢٠١٥ ‫ ﺳﺒﺘﻤﺒﺮ‬٩ ‫( وﺳﻴﺘﻢ ﺗﺪﺷﻴﻨﻪ ﺑﺈذن اﷲ ﻳﻮم اﻷرﺑﻌﺎء‬e-Register )

We would like to inform you that the current
system will be shut down on Thursday, 3rd ‫م‬٢٠١٥ ‫ ﺳﺒﺘﻤﺒﺮ‬٣ ‫وﻧﻔﻴﺪآﻢ أﻧﻪ ﺳﻴﺘﻢ إﻏﻼق اﻟﻨﻈﺎم اﻟﺤﺎﻟﻲ ﻳﻮم اﻟﺨﻤﻴﺲ‬
September 2015 at 4:00 pm with the exception of ‫( ﻋﺼﺮًا ﺑﺈﺳﺘﺜﻨﺎء اﻟﺨﺪﻣﺎت اﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻴﺔ وﺗﻄﺒﻴﻖ اﻟﺠﻮال‬٤:٠٠) ‫اﻟﺴﺎﻋﺔ‬
students’ e-Services and students’ mobile .‫اﻟﺨﺎص ﺑﺎﻟﻄﻠﺒﺔ‬
application.
: ‫ﻟﺬا ﻧﻮد اﻟﺘﺄآﻴﺪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺎﻳﻠﻲ ﻗﺒﻞ إﻏﻼق اﻟﻨﻈﺎم اﻟﺤﺎﻟﻲ‬
So we would like to draw your attention to the
following issues before shutting down the current .‫ ﻳﺠﺐ إدﺧﺎل ﺟﻤﻴﻊ اﻟﻌﻤﻠﻴﺎت اﻷآﺎدﻳﻤﻴﺔ اﻟﻤﻌﻠﻘﺔ‬.١
system :
‫ ﻳﺠﺐ إدﺧﺎل ﺟﻤﻴﻊ اﻟﻐﻴﺎﺑﺎت اﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﺎﻷﺳﺒﻮع اﻷول واﻷﺳﺒﻮع اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ‬.٢
1. All pending academic transactions must be .٢٠١٥ ‫ ﺳﺒﺘﻤﺮ‬٣ ‫ﺑﺎﺳﺘﺜﻨﺎء ﻳﻮم اﻟﺨﻤﻴﺲ‬
entered.
2. All absences must be entered for the first and ‫ ﺳﻴﺘﻢ ﺗﺮآﻴﺐ وﺗﺜﺒﻴﺖ اﻟﻨﻈﺎم اﻟﺠﺪﻳﺪ ﻋﻠﻰ أﺟﻬﺰة اﻟﻤﻮﻇﻔﻴﻦ اﻹدارﻳﻴﻦ‬.٣
second week, except Thursday, September 3rd .‫ﺑﻮاﺳﻄﺔ ﻓﺮﻳﻖ اﻟﺪﻋﻢ اﻟﻔﻨﻲ ﻟﺘﻘﻨﻴﺔ اﻟﻤﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎت‬
of week two.
‫ ﺳﺘﻜﻮن اﻟﺨﺪﻣﺎت اﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﺄﻋﻀﺎء هﻴﺌﺔ اﻟﺘﺪرﻳﺲ ﻣﺘﺎﺣﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼل‬.٤
3. The new system will be installed for ‫ وﺳﻨﻘﻮم ﺑﺈرﺳﺎل ﺑﺮﻳﺪ إﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻲ ﻟﻬﻢ ﻳﻮم‬، ‫اﻟﺒﻮاﺑﺔ اﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻴﺔ ﻓﻘﻂ‬
administrative staff by the technical support team ‫ ﻳﺘﻀﻤﻦ ﺟﻤﻴﻊ اﻟﺘﻔﺎﺻﻴﻞ اﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ‬٢٠١٥ ‫ ﺳﺒﺘﻤﺒﺮ‬٧ ‫اﻹﺛﻨﻴﻦ‬
of Information Technology. .‫ﺑﺈﺳﺘﺨﺪام اﻟﻨﻈﺎم اﻟﺠﺪﻳﺪ‬
4. Services needed by faculty members will be
available through e-Gate. An email will be sent ‫ ﻳﻤﻜﻨﻜﻢ اﻟﺘﻮاﺻﻞ ﻣﻌﻨﺎ‬، ‫وﻓﻲ ﺣﺎل وﺟﻮد أي ﻣﻼﺣﻈﺎت ﺑﻌﺪ ﺗﺪﺷﻴﻦ اﻟﻨﻈﺎم‬
on Monday, 7th September 2015 which includes : ‫وإرﺳﺎل ﻣﻼﺣﻈﺎﺗﻜﻢ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼل ﻧﻈﺎم اﻟﺪﻋﻢ اﻟﻔﻨﻲ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺮاﺑﻂ اﻟﺘﺎﻟﻲ‬
all the details needed to use the new system.
