Chapter I

Project Context

The Human resource system, a system built to be used by many companies to manage the

information's about the employee’s in the specified company that have been gathered.

The data collected are to be stored and found to the system’s database. The data will

contain the specified functional areas of HR. The Compensation and benefits, recruiting and

staffing, training and development, employee satisfaction, labor laws and legal compliance

Purpose and Description of the project

The purpose of Human resource system is to give accurate information of employee’s that

have been gathered in the specified company. The HRS will capture all information about

employees from their initial application for employment to their final paycheck.

Human resource system captures basic identifying information, job assignment,

performance information, pay rate, employee skills inventory, and training history. The HRS

simplifies reporting and decision-support by generating standard human resources reports, such

as new hires, employee transfer and pay.

Statement of the problem

1. How to enhance the manual process of the Marbel7 Elementary school Human resource in

terms of:

a. Performance information

b. Employee pay rate


2. How to improve the paper-based generation of reports such as:

a. Employee’s salary

b. Employee information

Objectives of the project:

General Objectives

The project aims to process the system for the Marvel 7 elementary school that will provide

the proper security and classified holding of the informations to almost that exist for the stated

company/school, Marbel 7 Elementary School.

Specific objectives:

Since Marbel 7 Elementary School do not have Human resource system, this project will

help them to have an accurate data for information process. This study also strives to

demonstrate all the process in Human resource system. The system provides a precise

transaction in every information that have been gathered. Clear recording is one of the main

objectives of the system. To ease the time of having information of Marbel 7 Elementary School

and to assure that any information is in correct data.

Scopes

This System will be delivering the asked information with exact accuracy. The system in

only accessible to a full length only to the administrators given permission to operate it with.

This will also update the employees’ benefits

Limitations

The System of M7ES, HR system is not a web based therefor, it is not operational online
and can only be operated in a single unit of computer.

Technicality of the Project


The user of this system is the admin, the principal, and the teachers. The system uses

software for programming such as Visual Basic Professional and SQL Server 2014 to save the

data that have been gathered. In general, there will be no printing to be used however only

working with a computer to gather the information that is needed.

Details of the Technology to be used

HR System has two main has two main components, the software and the hardware. Both

play a very significant role. The Hardware is the physical parts of the used medium, and in this

situation it is the computer. A logic machine which is run by a central processing unit, it is its

CPU. And the all over function of the medium allows the system to be operational

The Software is systems of programs that manages computer hardware resources and

provide common service for applications in a computer system

How the project will work

Every system products has system requirements in order to run and work properly. Human

resource system is a software designed system. The project will work when software system

meets compatibility’s with its system requirements. Software must meet its compatibility to the

hardware requirements in order to work and run properly.

A human resource system is a system that is used by companies that captures, stores and

shares information related to the practices, policies, and management of human resource

organization. This system oversees areas related to captures basic identifying information, job

assignment, and performance information, pay rate, employee skills inventory, and training

history. The HRS simplifies reporting and decision-support by generating standard human

resources reports, such as new hires, employee transfer and pay.


Chapter IV

System Software (Product/Services)

Basically, The system provides the performance for the school to use. The Marbel 7

Elementary School.

The school has a very good line up of employee’s but in order to up the level of

presenting not only the capable teachers of teaching but also to give information on how the

the benefits, the hiring, the and the over all function of the HR system can affect the old school,

manually done HR data collection.

The system will cater the school for many uses but only to stand for one solid reason, to

accurately manage every data gathered for better management of the over all factors of the

school that has to offer.

The school is all about giving the right information needed by the students to learn and

to be equipped with prior knowledge for the future and that has to start with the school having to

factors needed for the system to be equipped with.

Marbel 7 Elementary School is owned by a sole proprietor who is also responsible for

the establishment itself.

Figure 2. shows the organization chart of the system. The owner will also have access to

the system and will be responsible to almost the entire operations of the system. Under the

Admin, there are three departments. Registrar is in charge for all data collection and storing in

database. The Principal, also has an overall access of the system. The management, also has

an overall access of the system same as the Admin and the Principal.
