Stenographer (Eng.)

In reference to our Employment Notice vide No. CMPDI/HQ/SE/R/19-20/E-445469 dated

11.02.2020, published in the Employment News (29th February to 6th March '2020 edition), and
subsequent notice published vide Ref. No. CMPDI/HQ/SE/R/19-20/E-481753 dated 30.04.2020,
through which list of provisionally selected candidates for appearing in Written Test and also vide
which appeals were invited, following appeals/representations were receievd and the status of same is
indicated below:

Note:

1.The opportunity for appearance in the Written test is provisional and subjected to fulfillment of the
eligibility as prescribed under concerned Notification.

2. Only those candidates having following qualification as on cut-off date should only appear for the
written test.
a. Dy. Surveyor (M) - Survey Certificate of Competency granted by DGMS inaccordance with
CMR 1957 or 2017. The Surveyor Certificate in accordance with MMR 1961 is not valid
for the post.
b. Stenographer (Eng.) - Matriculation certificate with knowledge of shorthand/Stenography

3. All of those candidates who have been rejected and place in List- B, as well as have not made any
appeal in support of their eligibility would not be entertained in future henceforth.

4. Candidates are requested to visit our CMPDI website www.cmpdi.co.in for notification of
schedule/date/venue etc of the examination. Apart from our website, no other mode of
communication/media will be used for the same.
