emotional A measure of how accurately you are able to assess and respond to

psychological
safety A shared belief that a space or team is safe for risk-taking

self-care Healthy habits that reinforce positive emotions and wellbeing

trigger An event that creates a negative emotional response, sometimes

righteous, judgmental, or self-critical
