    He was a Colombian political leader whose assassination was on April 9,1948, he


    started the popular movement known as the Bogotazo.in 1926, he traveled to Italy
    with little resources to specialize in criminology, he wanted to be a successful
    criminal lawyer.Admission to study the University of Rome led by the famous
    criminal lawyer Enrico ferri, Jorge, obtained the title of doctor in jurisprudence,
    obtained the qualification Magna cum laude. Eliecer was study text, had as its title
    "the positive criterion of premeditation", in Rome he had the strongest ideals of
    socialism and the mobilization of crowds, he witnessed Mussolini's victory, he
    learned the importance and influence of oratory. Gaitán returned to the country in
    1928, an intense year for both the young lawyer's life and the country's politics.
    The life of Jorge Eliécer Gaitán was a compilation of golden years, it also promoted
    the importance of human rights.
