- ONBOARDING AGREEMENT
WELCOME TO OUR TEAM
We outsource our services and technicians to clients that are different companies of
diverse fields in the market and once we get a support demand from them you will be
contacted by a technician of our Support Team and after confirming your
availability you will be going Onsite to perform a certain task in the name of Zion
Tech Group to our client. When you are performing a task provided by us you are
going to be representing our Company.
After being contacted by someone from our team with more details of the job that you
are going to perform onsite you will also be informed to keep in touch with us while
you are on your way to the the costumer, when you arrive there and when you are
leaving the site. A short report and some pictures of the process might be asked for
futures inquiries.
For your security Zion Tech Group will be responsible for the entire ticket process
before, during and after the job done.
PAYMENT AGREEMENTS
After the job done you will be asked to fill out a form with information of your bank
account and/or Paypal account so we can get your payment down. The payments are
done in the same day you realize the job or in the following day, depending on the
Time Zone.
