(PRACTICE TEST PAPER & PERIODIC TEST SCHEDULE) SESSION -2020 -21

Dear Parent, 24th June, 2020

As we all know, the students are already revising for the Periodic Test- I through revisions taken up
by the teachers. Now, it's time to share Revision Test Papers which will help the students to get an
overview of the paper pattern, marking scheme, solve their areas of queries, thus giving them the
confidence to appear for Online Periodic Tests.
The Practice Test Paper will be held two days prior to the Periodic Test of a particular subject. The
schedule of the same is given below:

Instructions:
1. The Revision Test and Periodic Test will be objective type/ one word answer
and of 25 marks each.

2. It will be conducted through our school app (ERP). If you are unable to login
ERP, kindly contact Ms. Priyanka @ 9555370097 to get it resolved or inform
the class teacher.

3. The guidelines for appearing for the Online Practice Test Paper and Online
Periodic Test will be shared with you shortly. The duration given for each test
will be 60 mins from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.

4. Answer Sheet needs to be submitted within the time prescribed after

which accepting response sheet will be closed.

5. Parents are requested to be available at the same time with the students
so that fair and smooth conduction of test is possible.

6. No student should indulge in any unfair means and maintain highest

level of discipline and moral ethics.

7. The Practice Test Paper will be solved by the students and submitted as per
the schedule shared above. After the Practice Paper is done by the
students, one query solving class will be conducted that day to clear all the
doubts of the paper instead of regular classes.

8. And the same will be for Periodic Test as well where after the test, only one
online class of another Test will be conducted instead of regular classes.

9. It is mandatory for the students to appear for the test.

NOTE:

Regular Time table will be followed when there will be no Practice Test Paper or Periodic
Test Paper from 29thJune, 2020 to 13thJuly, 2020.
