FOR STUDENTS & INSTRUCTORS / NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

In consideration of receiving the training course and getting all related course material, I hereby agree and
acknowledge that the course and the related course material will disclose to me proprietary information belonging to NTC
Navesse Training and Consulting Co. Ltd., said proprietary information consisting of, but not limited to technical and
fundamental information related to NTC equities. In consideration of receiving the proprietary information of the course
and related course material, I declare that:

1. I am purchasing the Questions, Quizzes, Business Templates and All Course Materials including Navesse books
for my own personal benefit and no one else.

2. I have not been asked by anyone else to purchase the course for their benefit.

3. I will never use the information contained in the Questions, Quizzes, Business Templates and All Course
Materials including Navesse books for the benefit of any employer, present or future.

4. I will not disclose to others any content of the Course in any form without express written permission from NTC
Navesse Training and Consulting Co. Ltd.

5. I agree not to share course-provided User ID and/or Password with any other person.

6. I will not train others with the contents contained in the course and the related course material, nor am I affiliated,
either directly or indirectly, with any organization involved in the training or teaching.

7. I agree not to share course PRICING, OFFERS and non-public course contents shown in the course materials as
watermark or footer section, “Not for Distribution, Sale or Reproduction.”.

8. I understand that should I intentionally or unintentionally allow others access to the content of the online OR
printed information related to the course and related course material or share training content or teach others
without being authorized by NTC Navesse Training and Consulting Co. Ltd. in writing to do so, I am both
personally and financially responsible for their course fees as well as the course fees of any subsequent
individuals who in turn are given any of the content of the course and the related course material. 

In the event of a breach of any of these conditions, I agree that NTC Navesse Training and Consulting Co.
Ltd. may notify any third party of the existence of this Non-Disclosure Agreement, and NTC Navesse Training and
Consulting Co. Ltd. shall be entitled to full injunctive relief for any breach including, but not limited to, the relief
outlined in paragraph eight (8) above.
