marketing, sales, operations and services for travelers (household, hotline, concierge). Our

WHO WE ARE
Company Background
ProSyndic Services Ltd. was incorporated to fulfill a very much needed
requirement for professional Syndic and Property Management services in
Mauritius. Due to the increasing number of high value commercial and
residential properties including RES and IRS, there is an even greater
requirement for close management of finances, legal compliance issues and
proper ongoing maintenance to promote the best capital appreciation and
rental yields for the co-owner.

Resources
Based in Flic En Flac, ProSyndic Services Ltd makes recourse to a team of legal
advisors, has its own dedicated qualified technical support team, payroll officer,
and qualified accountants and makes recourse to various professional service
providers, contractors and auditors when required.

Management
ProSyndic Services Ltd. is headed by Mr. Symon Lutchmaya BEng (Hons), who
has many years of experience in syndic management including the largest
complex in Flic En Flac called “Gold Coast”. The latter has also held the position
of ‘Facility Services Manager’ at G4S (Mauritius) a subsidiary of G4S Groupwhich
currently employs more than 620,000 persons in 120 countries.
