All Residents

Subject : COVID 19:: Restrictions and Complete Look Down

Dear All Residents,

As everyone knows this is critical time and In this critical

time management committee implementing few hard
restrictions to save Austin Park. Please take it positively as
APMC is doing this to protect our environment. All
restrictions started at immediate effect.

Restrictions will be effective Between 7 AM to 9 AM

tomorrow's Lock down.

1. Milk service via local or Big Basket,super daily will not

impacted if they are delivering.
2. Society gates will remain closed in this period. No
entry or exit will be allowed without any urgent or
emergency reason based on committee approval.
3. Since there is no housekeeping staff available,all
residents to either keep trash inside their house or
downstairs in big bins. Corridors should be clean.
4. Lifts being a point of maximum common touch , we
recommend not to use lifts.
 5. At 5:00 pm requesting all residents to come out in the
balcony and collectively clap or use any device which
make sound to salute all Corona fighters.

Restrictions will be effective Tll further notice

1. News Paper wala, laundry,Maid, any other worker

will not allow to inside the society.
2. Painting,Carpainter,Furniture, Construction or any
others workers will not allow inside the society.
3. Electrician,Plumber will not allow untill and unless it's
very very much urgent based on committee approval.
4. If someone who came from abroad must show test
result provided by govt/airport authority then only we
will provide entry with informed to PCMC authority
and they have to be completely home quarantine.
5. If someone who came from indian Cities they have to
provide details and documents based on the
verification we will provide entry.they have to be
completely home quarantine.

Lets fight CoVid-2019 together.

The administration is doing its bit, let's do ours.
