NOTES TO ADVERTISER

• Media rental is subject to 6 % Govt. Service tax.

• Production costs can only be finalized upon viewing of final creative

• Production lead time is approximately 21 working days upon receiving visuals

• Production cost is subject to change depends on creative complexity.

• All text must have dual language (Bahasa Malaysia & vernacular), BM must not be smaller. All creatives are
subject to formal authority approval

• Sites proposed are strictly based on first come first serve basis and subject to availability upon confirmation

• Confirmation upon signing of media booking is not subject to cancellation. Rental charges will still apply should
advertisers pull out.

• For a contract of period of less than 6 months, the advertisers shall not have the first right to renew the term of
the contract upon expiry
• Validity of offer expires 30 days from date of proposal
• Production charges apply to one (1) time printing cost which includes installation, removal & maintenance

• Terms of payment for production – 100% in advance upon signing of contract

• Terms of payment for rental – Quarterly in advance

• BTO reserves the right NOT to accept third party materials.

• Big Tree reserves the right to vary, increase or amend the lighting charges during the term of the media lightings
contract in the event Tenaga Nasional Berhad revises the tariff for electricity charges. The Advertiser shall then
pay to Big Tree the revised lighting charges which shall be adjusted accordingly as advised on the payment due
dates.
