About the work:

Ocean night sky is a calming view of the ocean at night time. The reflection of the moon can be
seen in the ocean water. The night sky is full of stars that twinkles and resembles that of a galaxy. When
one looks at this, they will feel a calming vibe that the art gives because night time means rest time. You
would just look at it and smile

This art gives people different messages. It can be calm, sad, alone and etc. The vibe of the
colors that was used in this art enables people to identify what its message is. This simple art may not
draw a lot of attention but once it does, you will fall into deep imagination, with lots of what ifs. Night
symbolizes darkness but the moon gives light which makes them a perfect combination.

The paint for me symbolizes my love for the night time. Because at night I am able to rest my
mind and keep myself away from the reality. At night, I feel safe and at peace. The iceberg symbolizes
myself in the middle of the night. I may be alone in the dark but at least I am able to think deeply about
things that will keep me at peace.

The stars represent my dreams. It may be far but it’s never impossible to reach. The stars keep
me reminded of my dreams. The painting is a reminder of my dreams that I can reach them with
perseverance. Dreams that keeps me going every day.

About the artist:

The artist of this painting is a student who is currently studying in a university school in
Zamboanga. Just a normal student who is simple and lives his life like a normal person. This painting is
created because the painter loves the view of the night sky where it makes him calm and appreciates
the beauty of our nature. It is his first time doing this kind of painting but it is not a bad start and it
seems that his first time resulted to a beautiful painting.
