Acronal EDGE 6390: A novel exterior binder which

extends paint application time with one single product

A typical problem…
Facade paint properties and performance are highly dependent
on surrounding conditions such as temperature and humidity at
the time of application.
…we found a solution

Acronal® EDGE 6390 extends

paint application to all seasons
with one single product.

Acronal® EDGE 6390 technical data

 Acronal® EDGE 6390 is a fine-sized, hydrophobic aqueous dispersion of a multiphase pure acrylic copolymer with a tailor-made
morphology and a special wet adhesion promoter.
 Acronal® EDGE 6390 is specifically functionalized to get some quick drying characteristics, e.g. to optimize film-formation at lower
temperature and at higher humidity conditions.

In summary,

Acronal® EDGE 6390 is a water-based pure acrylic binder that

reduces dependency on outdoor conditions by offering

 exceptional early rain resistance in cold and humid weather

 without sacrificing open time at high temperatures.

By reducing the number of needed products, less formulations have

to be managed.
From now on, weather isn't
an excuse anymore – paint
facades while others say no!
