Book review

Story of you life was first published in 1999, this book was written by Ted Chang. It is sci-fiction
novel in which the fictional character, Phd. Loiuse Brank tries to communicate with another life
(no humans).

The book tells the story of Phd Loiuse Brank, who is linguistics’ teacher in University. The
whole story start when she is in University and suddenly some thing arrive at the earth in
diferents countries. Brank is the only one which could communicate with they. She and math’s
teacher tries to communicate with they for one year, the last moth Brank and the math’s
teacher ask their why arrive to the earth, and they said they are coming to help the earth
because in 100 year we need their help.

The autor does a great job with his novel, the reader never know how are “they” and you can
imagine diferents things. His style never fail to surprise the reader, especially in the last part
where “they” arrive to help us.

It’’s definitely worth Reading, especially if you like Reading sci-fiction or watching this kind of
films. I recommend to read this autor, also he has similars books.
