Agreement to Maintain Confidentiality and Integrity of Company Information

I acknowledge and agree that during the term of my employment, and in the course of discharging my
duties, I will have access to and possess personal, confidential information pertaining to business
operations, associates and customers of SE2 Digital Service LLP (“SE2”).

I acknowledge and agree that the ability to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of this information
is an essential requirement of my job, and any unauthorized disclosure or alteration of confidential
information would cause substantial damage not only to the individuals designated above, but also to
SE2.

In consideration of being employed by SE2, I specifically agree that I will not misuse or misappropriate
or disclose any such information directly or indirectly, to any other person, including co-workers or use
the information in any way, either during the term of my employment or at any time thereafter, except
as directed by SE2 in the course of my employment with SE2. In the event that I witness any
inappropriate disclosure or misuse of such information, I agree to notify the Head of Human Resources
directly.

I acknowledge and agree that all SE2 files, records, documents, and similar materials relating to SE2 staff
and operations, as well as all SE2 procedures, documents, computer programs relating to SE2’s
operations, including copies, reproductions, and facsimiles of such items, whether prepared by me or
others, are and shall remain exclusively the property of SE2 and shall not be removed or transmitted
from the premises of SE2 unless expressly and specifically authorized by SE2.

I further acknowledge and agree that my failure to abide by the above provisions may result in
disciplinary action up to and including termination of my employment.
